  • Yes, I do offer coaching alongside therapy, depending on your needs and goals. While therapy often focuses on healing from past experiences and improving emotional wellbeing, coaching is more forward-focused—it’s about helping you clarify your direction, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward personal or professional growth.

  • My standard fee is $250 per session.


  • Yes, I offer Medicare rebates for eligible clients. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, you may be able to receive a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The rebate amount is approximately $90.00 per session. Please note that the full session fee of $250 is required at the time of your appointment, and the rebate will be processed through Medicare after the session.


  • Yes, I get great results with individuals with emotional eating, binge eating and bulimia. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Eating Disorders (DBT-E) to help my clients develop healthier eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and address any underlying emotional issues.

  • If you are experiencing difficulties with your relationship with food, body image, or eating behaviours, it’s worth discussing your concerns with your GP. Eating disorders such as bulimia, , or binge eating disorder. These are considered eligible conditions for an eating disorder Mental Health Care Plan. Your GP will evaluate your symptoms and recommend treatment, including therapy if needed.

  • My standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your individual needs and goals, but we typically begin with weekly sessions and adjust as we make progress. For eating disorders or complex mental health concerns, weekly sessions may be recommended to provide ongoing support.

  • Yes, I offer telehealth sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home, which can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules or those who prefer the convenience of remote care. Telehealth sessions are covered under the same Medicare rebate guidelines as in-person sessions, provided you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.


  • Therapy is often best when you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or dealing with emotional distress or mental health challenges. Coaching is more goal-oriented and forward-focused, ideal if you're looking to make changes, gain clarity, or enhance performance. We can talk about what feels right for you and tailor the approach accordingly.

  • The number of sessions can vary depending on your goals and situation. Some people come for just a few sessions for support or clarity, while others engage in longer-term therapy for deeper work. We’ll review progress together as we go.

  • How do Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs) work?
    A Mental Health Care Plan is a referral from your GP that gives you access to Medicare rebates for sessions with a psychologist. You can receive a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To get started, just book a long appointment with your GP to discuss your mental health and request a referral to me.
